Ashley Moore, Deputy Marine Liaison, manages and supports navigational safety, internal and external marine stakeholder engagement, and emergency response planning. Her areas of expertise include collaboration with international, federal, state, and local governments, as well as NGOs, and industry partners. She brings with her 15 years of experience serving with the U.S. Coast Guard where she was involved in maritime transportation security and safety, contingency planning and emergency management, and environmental compliance and permitting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Technology and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the American Military University.
