Cesar Stewart-Morales (he/him), Assistant Controller, is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Vineyard Wind 1 project and related entities. Cesar has worked in the US Energy Industry for over 15 years with various companies focused on development, construction and operation of coal, gas, hydro, solar, onshore wind and offshore wind power plants.

Cesar holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Clark University. He lives with his family in his hometown of Framingham, MA and currently serves as an elected member of the Framingham City Council.
