Esther Siskind, Federal Permitting Lead, is responsible for navigating the Vineyard Mid-Atlantic project through BOEM and other federal agency approval processes. Prior to joining Vineyard Offshore, Esther spent the last 4 years working on permitting other offshore wind projects and has over 20 years of experience permitting large-scale, in-water infrastructure projects. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a masters in environmental planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
