Jacky C. Ingram, Vineyard Offshore’s Senior Manager for Contracts and Procurement is responsible for Export Cables and Harbor Logistics Packages contract management. Prior to joining Vineyard Offshore, Jacky spent 9 years as the Senior Civilian Manager for Military Systems Contracts within the Operations Command and Control Branch of the United States Air Force. While there he led strategy and policy development for software platform development services and weapon system hardware tenders. Jacky is based in Boston, Massachusetts and holds a graduate degree from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.
