Liam Paskvan serves as Assistant General Counsel for Vineyard Offshore, where he provides comprehensive legal and contracting guidance to the company throughout negotiations with counterparties, and in other contexts.  Liam has more than ten years’ experience in the regulatory, contractual, and other aspects of renewable energy law, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
