Lara Thiele serves as Associate Legal Counsel for Vineyard Offshore, where she provides comprehensive legal and contracting guidance to the company throughout negotiations with counterparties, including in the development, construction, and financing context. While working at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in their Project Finance group, Lara gathered experience with various financing transactions for renewable energy projects. In connection with offshore wind, she represented the Vineyard Wind 1 Project in its’ debt financing, as external counsel, and led the Project’s tax equity financing, as internal counsel. Lara is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Law.
