Nora McCarthy serves as the Workforce and Outreach Coordinator for Vineyard Offshore, dually working on the Vineyard Wind 1 Project. Nora got her start as the Development and Compliance intern on the Vineyard Wind 1 Project and subsequently supported the bid development team as the RFP intern. Most recently Nora has been organizing sponsorship and outreach events for the Vineyard Wind 1 Project and developing workforce programs focused on increasing access to training and jobs for local communities.  Nora graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and a concentration in Renewable Energy and Environmental Policy. In her free time, Nora enjoys reading, painting, and spending time hanging out and playing games with family and friends.
