With over nine years of experience at PSEG, he played a key role as a Systems Engineer, managing studies, generator testing, and NERC compliance for PSEG Generating Stations in the North East. Randhir's career also includes roles as a Planning Engineer at PSEG, a Transmission Planning Engineer at UIL Holdings Corporation, and an Electrical Engineer at Western Power.
