Scott Ambrosia is the Permitting and Development Manager. He provides technical support associated with Vineyard Wind 1’s project development, project compliance, EMIS management, fisheries survey management, local workforce development, federal and state permitting, environmental affairs, and all other activities related to the development of the nation’s first project.Scott started with Vineyard Offshore in 2019 as Vineyard Wind 1 intern. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Minor in Natural Resource Conservation with a concentration in Fishery Science and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has continued his education and completed “The University of Delaware Offshore Wind Skills Academy – Project Development from A-to-Z” course. Scott is a third-generation recreational fisherman from Point Judith, Rhode Island and enjoys fishing trips near the Block Island wind turbines.
