Sarah Markarian serves as the Compliance Coordinator for the Vineyard Wind 1 Project. She helps support the implementation of the environmental and compliance program and ongoing compliance-related activities for the development team.

Sarah's journey with Vineyard Offshore began in 2022 when she joined as a Vineyard Wind 1 Permitting and Outreach Intern. Later, in July of the same year, she joined the compliance team. Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in economics with a concentration in sustainability. She also holds a master's degree in business administration.

Sarah was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and is currently residing in New Bedford, Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband-to-be, family, and friends.
